Best Places to Visit in Summer
Summer (roughly June to August) is genuinely the best window for these two destinations specifically. It's worth being honest that several other places on this site are more often recommended for spring or autumn instead — noted below rather than left out entirely.

June through September is Banff's genuine peak season for a reason — it's when the high alpine trails, the classic Lake Louise and Moraine Lake views, and the full length of the Icefields Parkway are all open and accessible.

Summer falls within Bali's April-to-October dry season, the most reliable window for good weather across the island's beaches, rice terraces, and temples.
