Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wayfarer — the destinations catalog, travel guides, and AI itinerary planner at this site. By creating an account or otherwise using Wayfarer, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

You need an account to save itineraries. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it — see Contact.

Acceptable use

Using Wayfarer, you agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, or in a way that could damage or overburden it.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or resell the destinations catalog, guides, or generated itineraries without our permission.
• Use the AI planner to generate content for unlawful or harmful purposes.

The AI itinerary planner

Itineraries are generated by an AI model based on the destination, trip length, travel style, and budget you provide — see About for more on how that works. They're a starting point for planning your trip, not a guarantee: opening hours, prices, availability, entry requirements, and safety conditions change, and it's your responsibility to verify anything you plan to book or rely on. Wayfarer isn't liable for losses arising from decisions made based on a generated itinerary.

Content on Wayfarer

The destinations catalog and travel guides are written and reviewed before publishing. We work to keep them accurate, but travel information changes — if you spot something outdated or wrong, we'd genuinely like to know; see Contact. All content on the site, other than itineraries generated for your own account, belongs to Wayfarer and may not be republished without permission.

No warranty

Wayfarer is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guide or generated itinerary is complete or accurate for your specific trip.

Plans and billing

Wayfarer currently offers a Free plan with no payment required. A Premium plan is described on our Pricing page as a preview of what we're building toward — billing for it is not live yet, and no payment is collected until it is. These terms will be updated with specific billing terms before any paid plan launches.

Termination

You can stop using Wayfarer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Wayfarer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
